    What are the Payment Terms?

    Payment terms are Pro Forma unless credit terms of 14 or 30 days have been approved. 
    Kawada Australia will not ship orders while there is an overdue amount owing on your account.

    Kawada does not accept cheques.


    Does Kawada have minimum order amounts?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to break down inner cartons.
    MOQ for each product is shown on the Order Form and on the website.
    A minimum order total of $400 is needed to cover the costs involved in processing and packing orders.  


    Does Kawada Australia take back orders?

    Yes. Unavailable items will automatically be back ordered unless otherwise asked.
    If a significant part of your order is out of stock you will be contacted to see if you would like to choose alternate items.  We will always contact you before shipping back orders.  You will not be charged for back orders until they ship.
